Why am I getting a pop up that says I don't have an active subscription?

There are a few scenarios that may cause the following pop up to appear in Sparkyard:

1. If you have just accepted an organisation invitation
   
   If you have just accepted an organisation invitation, please try these steps to make sure you are viewing Sparkyard as an organisation member
   1. Look in the top right-hand corner of the screen for these icons:
      
   2. Click on the icon on the left
   3. Make sure you are 'logged in as' your organisation and not as a private user
   4. If the pop up does not clear please contact us.
      
      
2. If your 30-day free trial has ended
   
   This pop up will appear if your 30-day free trial has come to an end. You will be able to check this by looking at the blue 'manage subscription' box on your account dashboard. If the box says 0 days remaining then your trial has ended and you will need to purchase a subscription if you wish to continue accessing Sparkyard.
   
   
3. If you have an outstanding purchase order
   
   If you have purchased Sparkyard by purchase order and that purchase order has not been paid within the payment terms, your access to Sparkyard will be revoked as per our terms and conditions. If you think this is a mistake, please contact us.
