I'm not receiving my email invitation to join an organisation, how can I join?

Sometimes school servers block unknown email addresses and the email invitations unfortunately don't get through - but don't worry! You can still join your Sparkyard organisation by following the instructions in this article. (Although, it's a good idea to ask your IT team if they can help you make @sparkyard.com an email contact so our emails come through to you properly!)

If you already have a Sparkyard account, just log in and you'll see a pop-up asking you if you'd like to join the organisation, just click accept!

If you don't have a Sparkyard account, then visit https://sparkyard.com and click to sign up for a free 30 day trial. Follow the instructions to create your account, and once you have successfully created your account, on the first log in you should see a pop-up asking you if you'd like to join the organisation, just click accept!

Please note that in order to see the pop-up you need to sign up with the same email that was invited, otherwise our system won't know to link you up.
