How can I request to join an organisation that already has a subscription?

In order to request to join an organisation that already has a subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the 'Manage Account' area of Sparkyard.
2. Click on 'Manage your subscription'.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the pink 'Manage your subscription' button
4. Select the location of your organisation
5. Select your organisation type
6. Type in the name of your organisation
7. If there is an existing subscription for this organisation, then when you click the organisations name you will be offered a link to request to join the organisation.
8. The organisation administrator will need to accept the request for you to join.

Alternatively, you can ask the account administrator to send you an invitation to join their organisation.
