What's the difference between an administrator and a user?

An administrator has certain account permissions that a user does not have.

An administrator can:

• Manage and invite new users to the organisation
• Manage the subscription of an organisation
• See usage reports for an organisation

If you are the current account administrator and wish to assign this role to someone else you can do this in the "Manage Account" area of Sparkyard, by clicking on "invite and manage colleagues".
