How can I invite colleagues to my organisation?

To invite colleagues to join your organisation you must have an active Sparkyard subscription and you must be the administrator for the organisation.

If you have a Sparkyard subscription and are an organisation administrator, you can follow these steps to invite colleagues to join:

1. Go to 'Manage account'
2. If you are an organisation administrator you should see a box that says "Invite/manage colleagues", click this (if you do not see this link please contact us).
3. Here you can enter your colleagues name and email, this will trigger an invitation email to be sent to them.
4. Your invited colleague will be prompted to accept or decline the invitation when they next log in to Sparkyard.
