Your renewal for the next year will happen automatically and the administrator on your Sparkyard account will be sent an email with an invoice for payment within 15 days. However, to simplify your renewal payment, please add your card or Direct Debit details in your Sparkyard account at least 10 days before your renewal date. Your payment will then be taken automatically, saving you time. Our full terms and conditions can be found here.
To add your card or Direct Debit details to your Sparkyard account:
- Go to 'Manage account' in the account menu, which is in the top right of your screen on a desktop computer, or in the left-hand menu if you're on a phone.
- Click the link that says “Manage Subscription”: this is in the blue box underneath your organisation details.
- In the pop-up that opens, click the pink “Manage your subscription” button.
- On the page that opens (after a second), you can add or update your card details or set up a BACS Direct Debit payment.
If you don’t wish to renew your Sparkyard subscription you can follow these instructions to cancel:
- Go to 'Manage account' in the account menu, which is in the top right of your screen on a desktop computer, or in the left-hand menu if you're on a phone.
- Click the link that says “Manage Subscription”: this is in the blue box underneath your organisation details.
- In the pop-up that opens, click the pink “Manage your subscription” button.
- On the page that opens, you’ll have the option to cancel your plan.
You will still have access to Sparkyard until the end date of your subscription, but it will not renew for another year. All your playlists, collections and favourited songs will be saved, ready to pick-back-up when you decide to subscribe again.
