I want to change my payment method for my next Sparkyard subscription renewal, how can I do that?

If you pay by credit/debit card and want to change the card used, or change to BACS you can follow these instructions:

• Go to 'Manage account' in the account menu, which is in the top right of your screen on a desktop computer, or in the left-hand menu if you're on a phone.
• Click the link that says “Manage Subscription”: this is in the blue box underneath your organisation details.
• In the pop-up that opens, click the pink “Manage your subscription” button.
• On the page that opens (after a second), you can add or update your card details or set up a BACS Direct Debit payment
