How can I stop my Sparkyard subscription renewing?

If you don’t wish to renew your Sparkyard subscription, and you’re an organization administrator, you can follow these instructions to cancel your subscription:

• Go to 'Manage account' in the account menu, which is in the top right of your screen on a desktop computer, or in the left-hand menu if you're on a phone.
• Click the link that says “Manage Subscription”: this is in the blue box underneath your organisation details.
• In the pop-up that opens, click the pink “Manage your subscription” button.
• On the page that opens, you’ll have the option to cancel your plan.

You will still have access to Sparkyard until the end date of your subscription, but it will not renew for another year. All your playlists, collections and favourited songs will be saved, ready to pick-back-up when you decide to subscribe again.
