If you wish to continue your Sparkyard subscription, you don’t need to do anything. Your subscription will renew automatically and your payment card will be charged for your next year’s subscription. If the payment fails due to an expired card then your subscription may be paused. You should receive an email when any payment method expires, but you can make sure your card is up to date any time by following these instructions:
If you are an organisation administrator:
- Go to www.sparkyard.com and log in to your account.
- Go to 'Manage account' in the account menu, which is in the top right of your screen on a desktop computer, or in the left-hand menu if you're on a phone.
- Click the link that says “Manage Subscription”: this is in the blue box underneath your organisation details.
- In the pop-up that opens, click the pink “Manage your subscription” button.
- On the page that opens (after a second), you can add or update your card details or set up a BACS Direct Debit payment.
If you don’t wish to renew your Sparkyard subscription, and you are an organisation administrator, you can follow these instructions to cancel:
- Go to www.sparkyard.com and log in to your account.
- Go to 'Manage account' in the account menu, which is in the top right of your screen on a desktop computer, or in the left-hand menu if you're on a phone.
- Click the link that says “Manage Subscription”: this is in the blue box underneath your organisation details.
- In the pop-up that opens, click the pink “Manage your subscription” button.
- On the page that opens, you’ll have the option to cancel your plan.
You will still have access to Sparkyard until the end date of your subscription, but it will not renew for another year. All your playlists, collections and favourited songs will be saved, ready to pick-back-up when you decide to subscribe again.
