We suggest quitting completely out of apps and restarting the computer first.
If there is still an issue then next to try is to make sure you're on the latest version of Safari or Chrome.
Safari:
Go to the Apple Menu, then choose App Store and then look for Safari in the list of updates (ideally all updates should be done, but that’s up to the user). Any updates will restart the browser and possibly restart the computer so do this at a suitable time.
Chrome:
Open up Chrome, go to the Chrome menu and choose About Chrome. This should let you know if there are an updates available. Follow the instructions on-screen. The browser will restart.
If none of these updates resolve the problem, then please send us an email to info@sparkyard.com and include the following information:
Safari version number: Open Safari, go to Safari Menu then choose ‘About Safari’ – the version number is shown on the dialog box.
Chrome version number: Open Chrome, go to Chrome Menu then choose ‘About Chrome’ – the version number is on the screen.
Mac operation system number/name: Go to the Apple menu (far left), choose ‘About This Mac’ – the version number and name will be next to ‘MacOS’.
We will then pass on this information to our developers to try and resolve the issue.
