Why do I keep getting logged out of Sparkyard?

Sparkyard has been specifically designed for all users to have their own personal logins. This ensures that everyone in your organization can access Sparkyard without interruption. It will also allow you to create your own playlists, collections and favourites, and to see content most appropriate for you. In addition you will be able to collaborate with other users in your organization by sharing those playlists and collections.

Sparkyard logins work on two devices at the same time, allowing you to use your phone or tablet for planning and exploring, as well as your classroom computer for singing. 

If you share your login details with other users, Sparkyard will log you out when they log in. To avoid this inconvenience please ensure all users have their own login details.

Your colleagues can all create their own logins and will be able to access Sparkyard on two devices simultaneously.

If you're not sharing your password, but still keep getting logged out, please make sure you don't have more than two browser tabs open with Sparkyard on as this may cause you to be logged out on one of the tabs.

How do I get my own Sparkyard log in?

If you are an administrator of an organization with a Sparkyard subscription you can follow these steps to invite colleagues to join:

1. Go to 'Manage account' in the account menu, which is in the top right of your screen on a desktop computer, or in the left hand menu if you're on a phone
2. Click on the box that says 'Invite & Manage Colleagues'.
3. Here you can enter your colleagues' names and email addresses. This will trigger an invitation email to be sent to them, which that will give them simple instructions to create their own login.
4. When your invited colleagues log in they will be asked to accept or decline the invitation to join your organization.  Once they accept they will be able to start building their own user profile in Sparkyard.

If you are not an administrator:

1. Go to 'Manage account' in the account menu, which is in the top right of your screen on a desktop computer, or in the left hand menu if you're on a phone
2. Click on the box that says 'Invite & Manage Colleagues'.
3. Here you will be able to see who the administrators for your organisation are.  Have a chat with them and ask them to follow the steps above to send invitations to each member of staff so that everyone can have their own log in.

Organization membership is only available to subscribed users. If you're in a free trial ask your colleagues to visit www.sparkyard.com and sign up for their own free trial.
