You’re loving your songs and want to take them out of the classroom and share them with the world: Fantastic! As Sparkyard is a streaming service, you need to be connected to the internet to play the songs, but there are still plenty of ways we’ve got you covered if you find yourself somewhere without wi-fi.
USE A PHONE
Sparkyard works brilliantly on a phone or tablet, so if you’re just needing the audio tracks for your performance, you can connect your phone up to a speaker and away you go – if you have mobile data coverage where you are, you’ll be fine.
If you’re looking to use the words-on-screen function where you are, you’ll need your laptop to be connected to the internet. In this situation we know that many of our schools have had great success using phone hotspots when wi-fi isn’t within reach.
NATIVITIES AND MUSICALS
If you’ve purchased an Out of the Ark musical or nativity and are using Sparkyard to rehearse and perform it, that will work brilliantly wherever you have an internet connection. If you need to perform somewhere offline (like a community hall or your local church), don’t forget that you also have access to all of the songs you need in your Out of the Ark download player.
STILL STUCK?
We really want to help you perform our songs wherever you want to take them, so if you've got no phone signal, or you're wanting to take songs offline that aren't from one of our nativities or musicals, we'll try our best to help you. Just get in touch with one of our team at info@sparkyard.com.
